(November 7, 2022) – JB Duke Hotel, a AAA Four Diamond contemporary lodging destination located on the campus of Duke University, has officially reopened its Lobby Lounge located adjacent to the hotel’s lobby. Locals and travelers alike are invited to experience the lounge’s delicious menu offerings, upscale spirits and ideal atmosphere.

As part of the reopening, Lobby Lounge is pleased to serve an array of new, delectable desserts. The menu features a chocolate ganache-topped cheesecake, classic crème brûlée, lemon mousse cake and a trio of sorbet in addition to a wide variety of after-dinner drinks, including coffee and sparkling wines.

Transport your tastebuds to the coast with the Shrimp & Grits, featuring ColdWater Creek grits, shrimp scampi and fiveyear cheddar, or experience the sweet and spicy flavor combinations of the Braised Brisket Tacos, featuring pickled corn relish, ancho crema and hand-made corn tortillas.

Located across the street from the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club at 230 Science Drive, the JB Duke Hotel offers 198 guest rooms and suites with modern amenities, ideal for a tranquil retreat.
